We have over 50 years of experience in manufacturing screws that combine geometry, wear protection, and the right material pairing. Over this time we have assisted countless extrusion and injection-molding machine manufacturers and producers to slow down wear, produce at constant quality, and increase machine availability. MILACRON
Milacron Extrusion sells new feed screws with a variety of options available. Feed screws are typically made of 4140 steel, polished, and hard faced with either Colmonoy 56 or 83. They can also be chrome plated or surface treated with a carbide encapsulation for more abrasive or demanding applications. In addition we offer several design options such as conventional or barrier, with mixing options such as straight Maddock, spiral Maddock, and Pineapple. We are capable of handling requests of any size, application, and complexity.
Milacron Extrusion sells vented and non-vented barrels. Barrels are typically made of JP38/BM32 equivalent steel. We offer clamp-type, bolt-on, or threaded discharge flanges. Barrels are centrifugally cast with bi-metallic liners of Nickel-Boron or Tungston-Carbide. Rupture disc and pressure transducer holes are pre-drilled at the factory and thermocouple holes can either be pre-drilled or drilled on site.
SENMAK
Şenmak produces only screws and barrels with its 130 employees. Şenmak is Turkey’s leading screw and barrel manufacturer, is the supplier of many reputable brands operating in the field of plastic and rubber injection and extrusion, most of which are located in Western Europe, primarily in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Şenmak, gives its customers fast pricing and quick lead times and on time delivery, works client-oriented and gives quick feedback. It procures all the steels it uses in screws amd barrels production from Germany’s largest steel manufacturer, according to its own recipe. Steels go through 40-50 operations in Şenmak’s manufacturing plant track and 100% quality control system reach their final identity. These products are tested in Şenmak laboratory and reach perfect quality.
In line with the transparency policy, the products heat treatment report, raw material certificate and measurement reports are delivered to the client with the product.

Founded on 1992, company is strongly established in Italy with his historical head quarter in Cazzago San Martino and has expanded its position in foreign markets with an office in France (Euroviti France at Annecy Le Vieux) and one in Russia (Euroviti Россия at Moscow)

GTS bases on 25 years of experience in manufacturing screws and barrels, mainly for counter rotating twin screws. The brand name GTS is our brand name for internet sales of machines and accessories for twin screw equipment.
GermanTwinscrewS delivers screws and barrels, compatible to all European extruder. GTS does not restrict herself to make copies, but does optimization for questions or requirements like output or quality to existing extruders. Counter rotating twin screws are manufactured up to a diameter of 180mm, single screws up to a diameter of 500mm. Specific to some projects, twin screws with a diameter of 500mm have been manufactured and delivered to polymer processing industry.
